Maintenance Technician Job Description
Emerald Housing Management maintenance technician duties include maintaining the daily repair and upkeep of the property, preparation of vacant units, keeping accurate inventory of supplies, availability to work on an on-call basis, and operate within OSHA standards and company policies. Maintenance technicians must have previous experience in apartment maintenance setting, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
